- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆They do not take care of their Veteran's and do not return calls. We were in a huge time crunch and Eric had said he would try and help. Talked to him a few times and then he never called back. Never answered emails even letting us know he couldn't help. Even if they couldn't do a loan it is respectful to return phone calls and emails. Another company we went through had done everything wrong so got referred here. Bad experience. Go to Oswego Mortgage if you're a Veteran. They got our loan and closed it within 2 wks and saved our home.By Kristina Fox, August 19, 2017
