We had a wonderful experience and have already referred friends to Academy Mortage because of Sandra's humor, willingness to explain things (multiple times even), and her tenacity in finding out the best path for us to take. Being first time home buyers is scary, but we were put at ease knowing Sandra was handling everything and teaching us along the way. She gave me honest answers all my questions and went well beyond my expectations in responsiveness, even when trying to make an offer around a weekend. Every part of the process was smoother than I thought it would be, and I'm thankful - having all finances in order was exactly what I wanted and needed.
